Unveiling Event for the Short-Term Fattening Demonstration Facility

On Thursday, February 27, we unveiled our oyster short-term fattening demonstration facility at the Nagahama Wholesale Market. Many reporters, including the Mayor of Nagahama, came to visit, and after seeing the facility in person, a tasting event was held at the French restaurant "ROKU" in Nagahama.
Together with the people of Nagahama, we will advance the social implementation of this facility and continue further technology development.
