Novelgen Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture; Representative Director: Atsushi Ogura),
is pleased to announce that it has been selected for "OIH GLOBAL BRIDGE," a global expansion support program run by Osaka Innovation Hub.
In this startup support program, which aims to take companies from Osaka and Kansai to the world,
the Company's "overseas business aiming to solve environmental issues and realize circular biomass resource utilization through proprietary technology that maximizes the power of microalgae" was selected.
This selection was based on an evaluation of the technology development and business development expertise we have built through advancing the SBIR Phase 3 project,
together with the network we have built through our overseas expansion activities.
Going forward, we will further strengthen our outreach to companies and investors in Japan and abroad, starting with the short-term fattening system that is a result of the SBIR Phase 3 project,
regarding technologies derived from it that contribute to solving environmental issues
and realizing a circular society.
At the same time, we will actively promote discussions toward collaboration with local partners and work to accelerate our overseas business expansion.
